Appenzeller® cocktail skewers
Ingredients
Appenzeller® Black Label, a block
pickeled jalapeños
olives in salt brine
anchovies in a tin
grilled paprika in a jar
cocktail skewers
potato chips
Do this
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Drain the jalapeños and olives. Place the anchovies on a paper towel to get rid of the excess oil. Cut the grilles paprikas to smaller stripes.
Add the fillings to the cocktail sticks as desired. Serve with potato chips and chilled beer.
