Appenzeller® cocktail skewers

Ingredients
  • Appenzeller® Black Label, a block
  • pickeled jalapeños
  • olives in salt brine
  • anchovies in a tin
  • grilled paprika in a jar
  • cocktail skewers
  • potato chips
Do this
  1. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Drain the jalapeños and olives. Place the anchovies on a paper towel to get rid of the excess oil. Cut the grilles paprikas to smaller stripes.
  2. Add the fillings to the cocktail sticks as desired. Serve with potato chips and chilled beer.
