Sila av och spola kallt.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm mj\u00f6lken i en kastrull.<\/p>\n<p>I en annan st\u00f6rre kastrull (med plats f\u00f6r makaronerna) sm\u00e4lter du 5 msk sm\u00f6r. H\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6let och vispa ihop. H\u00e4ll sen i mj\u00f6lken, lite i taget, och vispa till en sl\u00e4t s\u00e5s. Koka l\u00e4tt i ca 1-2 minuter och r\u00f6r i dijonsenap, cayennepeppar, riven vitl\u00f6k och salt.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg i makaronerna i kastrullen tillsammans med den rivna osten (spara lite f\u00f6r att str\u00f6 p\u00e5 toppen). R\u00f6r om och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver blandningen i en smord ugnsform.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt resterande del av sm\u00f6ret och blanda i panko. Str\u00f6 blandningen tillsammans med lite av osten \u00f6ver formen och st\u00e4ll in i mitten av ugnen i ca 12-15 minuter tills den har fin f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ut formen, toppa med hacka jalape\u00f1os och persilja.
